Our expertise

A SIX-STEP
RECYCLING PROCESS.

Since 1991, our processes have produced ecological recycled aggregates conforming to — and exceeding — Quebec's most demanding civil-engineering standards.

Weigh-in
01

Step 01

Weigh-in

On arrival at our Brossard site, materials are weighed, checked and registered.

Primary crushing
02

Step 02

Primary crushing

First-pass crushing to reduce particle size before sorting.

Sorting
03

Step 03

Sorting

Methodical sort — wood, metals and other unwanted debris are removed.

Final crushing + grading
04

Step 04

Final crushing + grading

Fine crushing and state-of-the-art screening — defined-size piles (MG-20, MG-31.5, MG-56).

Stockpiling
05

Step 05

Stockpiling

Granulometric analysis of each batch, then stockpiled by class ready for delivery.

Re-use
06

Step 06

Re-use

Over 275,000 tonnes/year returned to the civil-engineering and construction supply chain.

02 · Our materials

Three lines, certified aggregates.

From demolition concrete to recycled stone and reclaimed asphalt — all our aggregates are sorted, graded and certified to Quebec's MR-2 civil-engineering standards.

Concrete

01

Concrete

Demolition concrete + cement residues

Re-crushed into certified aggregates conforming to MTQ / civil-engineering standards for foundations, sub-bases and fill.

Recycled stone

02

Recycled stone

Reclaimed crushed stone

Aggregates sorted and graded to MG-20, MG-31.5, MG-56 classes per your application.

Asphalt

03

Asphalt

Reclaimed bituminous residues

Reclaimed asphalt, processed and returned to the road-construction supply chain.

Standards and conformity

MR-2 · MG-20 · MG-31.5 · MG-56.

All our aggregates are certified to Quebec's MR-2 civil-engineering standards. Three standard grades (MG-20, MG-31.5, MG-56) are produced regularly. Dated conformity certificates are downloadable in the Documents section.
